Rishika Cherukuru

I am currently a Biology: Pre-Professional Emphasis and Economics major at the University of Florida. My career goal is to attend medical school and work in the field of oncology. As a current research assistant in Dr. Jonathan Licht's Lab through the University Scholars Program, my project focuses on histone mutations in the development of cancer. Additionally, I am involved in the Equal Access Clinic Network as a Labs Coordinator and Health Outreach and Quality Improvement Volunteer, the Premedical Chapter of the American Medical Students Association, and the Center for Undergraduate Research Board of Students Educational Outreach Committee.
